With the new system in place, MMA can now proactively contact customers about potential leaks, reducing water waste and preventing possible damage. The ability to obtain move-in/move-out readings on demand has streamlined customer transitions, making the process smoother and more efficient. The accuracy of billing has also significantly improved, with 99% of customers now receiving actual readings on their monthly bills, enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, daily alarm criteria emails from Sensus Analytics inform MMA of abnormal usage patterns, enabling quick responses and keeping customers informed about their water consumption.
